Electronic Disclosure and Consent Agreement
Through this Electronic Disclosure and Consent Agreement (“E-SIGN Consent”), you agree to (1) receive Communications electronically from Amber Harrison – Realtor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and (2) electronically sign agreements and documents related to the services or communications you request.

Definitions
“Communications” means any disclosures, notices, agreements, or other information that applicable laws or regulations require to be provided to you in writing related to your interaction with us.
“Transaction” means your request for information, services, or communications from Amber Harrison – Realtor, including consenting to receive marketing or non-marketing calls and text messages (which may include automatic dialing systems or prerecorded messages) at the phone number(s) you provide.
Duration of Consent
This E-SIGN Consent becomes effective immediately and applies to the Transaction. Your consent to receive electronic Communications remains valid for the duration of the Transaction unless you withdraw consent as described below.
Right to Paper Copies
You are not required to provide E-SIGN Consent; however, if you do not consent, you may not be able to complete certain transactions online. If you provide E-SIGN Consent but would like a paper copy of any Communication, you may request one by contacting us using the contact information listed above.
Delivery of Communications
Electronic Communications may be delivered through email, website forms, electronic documents, or other online platforms. You should print or download copies of any Communications for your personal records. By providing consent, you acknowledge that you can access, view, download, save, and print these Communications.
Electronic Signatures
You understand that selecting an item, clicking a button, typing your name, checking a box, or taking similar electronic actions constitutes your electronic signature and indicates your acceptance of the agreement or Communication. These actions are legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To receive electronic Communications and provide electronic signatures, you must have:
Access to the Internet
A device capable of connecting to the Internet (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
A supported operating system such as the most recent version of Windows, Mac OS, Android, or iOS
A modern web browser such as the most recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari
Your acceptance of this agreement confirms that you are able to access and review the information provided electronically.
Security Notice
You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure network and that electronic Communications sent via the Internet may potentially be accessed by unauthorized parties. While we take reasonable measures to protect our communication systems, we cannot guarantee the security of electronic transmissions. By consenting to electronic Communications, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
